Have you ever considered that in the world of professional sports the most talented always receive the greatest financial rewards? Have you ever considered that nobody even considers paying the bat boy the same as the dude that can hit 50 home runs a season? Have you ever considered what kind of team you’d have if you did?

The problem with socialist thinking is it ignores the competition, the talent, ambition or the lack thereof, the dog-eat-dog world of human nature, jealousy, just reward for service rendered, individual pride, financial incentive and the natural human desire for more.

All folks are only created equal respective to how they are treated by government and its laws, otherwise we’re not all equally beautiful, equally talented, equally physically or mentally strong or weak or smart or stupid. The bottom line is, an idea such as mine scares you. The whole thought of a company rising to the top together, having equal interest in seeing it succeed and flourish is either one of two thought processes...

1. You're weak minded and feel you need to be subjugated.

2. You're power hungry and feel the need to subjugate others to make yourself feel better about your inner flaws.

Perhaps a combination of the two...you feel subjugated but want to be able to control others.

Furthermore, I think we can all agree that we are a consumer driven economy. What good is that type of economy when the vast majority of the people that DRIVE that economy can barely keep a roof over their heads?
