Is FoxNews biased?

Funny how one became a 24/7 media blitz for months and the other is not even known about huh?


Condit was a democrat and Joe Scarbourgh was a family touting religious righter Republican who dumped his wife, his newly re elected congress seat over rumors of infidelity and then healthy pretty young aide turns up dead in his office with head wounds. Funny that.

The facts are that the Scarbourgh thing was just as juicy and he more likely had something to hide.

The news did not even report it.

They layed all over Condit for MONTHS!!!!


You have no answer to the fact that this is blatant proof the media has a right bias.

that is one example. When you aggregate the whole the media leans to the left. The major TV media, the major print media lean left.

I'm not sure what you mean by swallowing fox news whole. Whereas NBC, CBS, ABC and CNN show information from a left-leaning perspective Fox News shows it from a right-leaning perspective. I guess the difference between us is I'm aware of it. I know Fox News perspective and watch with that knowledge. I know what I'm getting with the major networks and watch with that perspective.

Because our economy would collapse without corporations...in fact, corporations are so vital to our economy that even the Democrats won't do a whole hell of a lot to hurt them--- and media networks aren't at all partial to the Republicans.

You have provided opinion based on the fact that the mainstream media might be slightly more right-leaning than you personally....of course, that would be like saying that (and I'm not shooting for accuracy, so please don't jump on my history) Lenin was slightly more right-leaning than Stalin...maybe Stalin would think that Lenin was biased toward the political right, but Mussolini, Franco, and Hitler would be confused as hell.

Desh, since I know you appreciate blogs I could link you to numerous blogs that show hundreds of examples of the media's liberal bias. As I said your one example is not proof of a trend.

Who had a news monopoly for years? Tom Brokaw, Dan Rather, Peter Jennings, The New York Times and The Washington Post. Any conservatism there?

Why do you think Rush Limbaugh and conservative talk radio has done so well? Because conservatives had no other outlet for their voices.

I can show you a site that tracked Dan Rather for years and the numerous left-leaning comments he would make.

It is obviously your choice to believe what you would like. The evidence over three or four decades clearly shows a liberal bias in the media.

As is MSNBC the anti-Fox... Studies, not made or paid for by the "corporate media" consistently show that there is bias towards the left in the more mainstream media...

Pretty much there is a bias in both directions towards power.
