I believe them too. I jsut dont believe the Palin people over this journalist.

It could have still been said without one of the SS people hearing it.

However, they would have to investigate once the story came out. Believe me, they investigate even obvious jokes.

Saying that it has no merit is a statement of investigation, not one of whether they heard it there or not. Clearly they didn't. So far only one "journalist" did, and that is very dubious indeed.
