What policies would you say differentiate a real Republican vs. a RINO? I realize this is a subjective question but I'm curious to your thoughts.

Basically, any Republican that supports even a microgram of the Democrat agenda is a RINO and not a true Conservative.

Those who are politically, socially, and economically Conservative (not necessarily in that order) are. Anything else is just Democrat-light.
