The judge did not evaluate the property. What he did was cite the evaluations that were done in the past. He is not deciding what they are worth, just making it clear that Trump's evaluations were at a fraction of the value when paying taxes and multiples higher when he sought a loan. That is the fraud.

That is not fraud. The judge has no authority to evaluate the value of the property. The judge did decide what it was worth, illegally.

The Judge DID NOT make any assessment. He did not send out any people. What he did was use TRUMPS OWN VALUE on the low end and then on the high end.

The judge did not send out any surveyors or property valuation firms. He did no work to make any determination. He just accepted Trump's valuation on the high end and low end and you can see that in the court transcript.

He decided that based ON TRUMP"S DECLARATIONS AND ARGUEMENTS you simpleton.

When Trump challenged the taxes and said the property was worth LESS than $16MM (and thus why you called Trump a moron) , what Trump argued was put forth in a written submission.

Trump made the argument that since he had contracted away FOREVER any redevelopment rights, there was no speculative value to the land. INstead it had to be valued based on what it generated each year as a resort, which was not a lot of money as Mar a logo does not generate a ton of revenue or profit.

So if the judge says 'OK i accept your valuation' that is not the judge making a determination, and is a judge AGREEING with YOUR valuation.

It wasn’t that drop boxes were unconstitutional or anything of the sort. It was because drop boxes were not mentioned one way or another in the law or administrative rules. The law said ballots were to be returned to the municipal clerks. The conservative Wisconsin SC ruled that meant in person, not a secure drop box steps away from their office. They said the WEC directive was an unpromulgated administrative rule. No more, no less.

NOWHERE did that SC rule that the election was illegal, unsecure, invalid or unconstitutional. It was legally certified and electors chosen. Just as the Constitution requires.

So, for you to continue to claim it was an unconstitutional election just demonstrates your lack of comprehension of the law and this particular decision.

You disgrace even your failed law school.

The drop boxes violated State law. The election commission had no authority to implement drop boxes. Only the legislature can change that law, NOT the election commission.

He is correct. The Wisconsin election commission violated the Wisconsin State constitution, AND the Constitution of the United States. Only the legislature of Wisconsin has the authority to change election law. NOT the election commission.
