Not true. Look it up. There are other requirements that must be met, such as how long the parent, or parents, we're outside the States when the birth occurred, or how long after being born and raised in another country before returning to the States. It is not always granted.

You don't understand the statutes... at all. Go back and read them slowly.. Anne Dunham was a US citizen from birth... Her rights were vested in her from birth..

Further, she never left the US until she married her second husband and went to Indonesia..

Actually, the biggest problem is the lefts insistence that illegal aliens be allowed to vote. There is no doubt that many illegals voted in the last election. The only question is how many. Having said this, ONE illegal vote is too many. 53 percent of Democrats want illegal aliens to be allowed to vote, for obvious reasons. Don't even think that you are fooling anyone. You're not.

Also, are you claiming that a law in any way prevents illegals from voting? Lol. If that's true, then no one was murdered last year, because it's illegal.

One more thing. A judge in Nebraska just ruled that requiring proof of citizenship to vote is not allowed. Check mate.

I have looked it up. He would have no problem meeting any of those (fairly simple) requirements (which have been modified over the years).

Non-citizens voting is a more relevant issue than illegal voting. A Texas woman (legal resident) was recently give six years for voting. Many are registered and it is difficult to measure how many of those actually voted.
