Owning guns is saving your life and property

Here an example of how a gunlover had his weapon taken and turned against him while he cowered:

Police were called about 3:40 a.m. Wednesday and found the homeowner on his back patio with a single gunshot wound to his upper torso. ​

The gun was left behind by the burglars.​


The victim said he confronted three men who entered his home in the 1700 block of Surrey Lane, near Glen Oaks and Lake Forest drives. ​


A struggle ensued, and the man was shot after losing control of his gun."​

I know my wife is not stupid.

And the shooting story you posted is not relevant. That was domestic violence involving a shooting. No domestic violence in my home.

That is an example of someone stupidly hoping that showing a gun would be all he had to do. He was obviously wrong.

If 53% of Americans get divorced and 30-60% cheat on their spouses, a little husband-shooting is only to be expected, isn't it?




No domestic violence in your doublewide? You'd better hope she never turns you in for using obscene language or gestures.

The guns then go to either the county sheriff or court clerk of stolen property. The district attorney in the county where the gun(s) was taken away can then file to have them destroyed..."

As I said, no domestic violence in my home. We have a very happy home and a great marriage. Good luck finding as great a lady as I did.

He obviously did not shoot the intruders, now did he?

So he was obviously using the gun as a threat instead of deadly force. If you think they were quick enough to take the loaded gun before he could shoot them, you have been watching to much tv.

A simple knowledge oof guns is all it takes. To pull a trigger takes a few pounds of pressure and movement of around an inch. Not much chance the homeowner was willing to shoot if he didn't shoot.
