Plenty of convictions that show a lack of control by Reagan.

The resignations after being accused of crimes may be something you claim is innocent, but hardly adds to your argument that Reagan was such a great president.

Also, several of the criminals were not prosecuted because George H. Bush pardoned them before prosecution began. If they were innocent, why bother with the pardons?



The only way you can maintain that Reagan was great is by comparing him to crooks. If you limit the comparisons to Nixon, Clinton, and Adolf Hitler, you might be able to make a case that he was a great man.
 
One of the tactics liberals like to use is to make false allegations against a conservative in power. Even when there's zero evidence the simple act of having to defend oneself takes time and treasure, and sometimes forces a resignation. We saw this with Palin most recently and I suspect the same tactic was used against Reagan's advisers.

If you are claiming that all the resignations were simply liberal witch hunts, with no basis in criminal activity, then you are willing to ignore too much and there is no point in the discussion.

You obviously feel no need to base your hero worship on facts.

You're a political novice and a complete partisan if you truely believe that. Hell all three of those political philosophers were intensely conservative. Hell Sun Tzu had two of his Kings courtesans executed for giggling, just to make a point to him. If you think any of these political machinations are the perogatives of the left or right your being foolish.
