The constitution does NOT grant illegals any rights. Federal congress may grant them some rights as may the states. THINK

Liberals say the courts have granted rights to illegal invaders but the constitution says courts cannot write laws. "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a congress of the united states."

Neither are courts allowed to rewrite the constitution and call it an interpretation. If you want to change the constitution you have to go thru the amending process as spelled out in the constitution itself.

Of course the whole ideal of illegal invaders having constitutional rights is just absurd.

NEW YORK CITY (FOX5NY) - With the summer travel season fast approaching, gas prices are on the rise but some people are getting sticker shock in Manhattan.

Regular gas has hit $5 a gallon at at least one station. A Mobil station on 11th Ave. in Hell's Kitchen has raised its prices to $4.999 a gallon. That's well above the current average for the five boroughs. AAA says the average in New York City is $3.18 a gallon.

Once on US soil all humans regardless of nationality are entitled to due process. They are not, however, entitled to citizenship or protected from deportation.
