Trump is the wimpiest whiner who ever served as President. The only people weaker than him are the Sheeple who serve him.
Madeup bullshit. Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor, and, in this case, even if true, are well past the statute of limitations.
Bragg claims that they were falsified (as yet unproven, BTW), to cover a Great Underlying Crime, hance the felony charge.
He just can't seem to produce the Big, Secret, Great Underlying Crime....mot surprisingly.
The ENTIRE CASE depends on it.

The falsifying of records was shown quickly and clearly. The trial was mostly about connecting Trump to those 28 crimes. They did that too. Trump was shown to have participated in the payoffs to prevent the women from telling their stories and hurting his election chances,
Wrong. The records are only relevant if proven to have been to cover ANOTHER, UNDERLYINFG CRIME, which the prosecution failed to produce, much less prove.
Even if the records are not accurate, the statute of limitations is far passed, and there isw not proof of Trump's involvement with them, therefore. no case.
No UNDERLYING CRIME..no case. Period.
If proven - a class C misdemeanor. But then there is the problem that the allegation is outside of the statute of limitations.
Again, what "crime" does Comrade Merchan allege?

Bragg and Merchan both report to the Soros Cartel. They are foot soldiers in this attempted lynching.
Merchan had the duty to throw this out, he had the duty to recuse himself, he had the duty to declare a mistrial the moment Cohen committed perjury on the stand, he had the duty to dismiss when Cohen admitted to embezzling the money that the bizarre legal theory Bragg fabricated wrests on.
Yes, I think the crooked judge is working hand in pocket with the corrupt prosecutor to thwart and pervert the rule of law. In fact, it's impossible to deny.

Wrong. Trump is being charged with documentation fraud--that is booking fraud--for some underlying never defined, charged, or convicted, felony that those bookkeeping entries were done to cover up. That's what the NY law on this is about.
