And if you wingers don't think Young had any effect explain why Spotify and even the clown have made changes to his podcast regarding misinformation

The irony is inescapable.

They seem to think that everyone who listens to someone they don't like is incapable of making up their own mind about what they hear, see, or read.

But in 2022, the censors are not in charge of governments. Something resembling a bottom-up authoritarianism has become the norm. Or perhaps one could call it lateral censorship. It’s artists shutting down other artists—or trying to.

Last week, Canadian-American rock god Neil Young made a clarion call against free speech. Displeased by The Joe Rogan Experience’s Covidian contents, Young demanded that Spotify remove Rogan’s podcast—or remove him. Days later, Young’s music was off the platform, though you can still stream his songs on Apple (ignore their forced Uyghur labor in Xinjiang) and on Amazon (but don’t read about the company’s infamous working conditions in James Bloodworth’s book “Hired.”)

Keep on rocking in the free world, Neil.

Of course, Spotify is a private company; they’re under no obligation to platform anybody. So while this campaign doesn’t breach Rogan’s First Amendment rights, it is a clear stand against the cultural norm of free speech. And those standing passionately against speech—a growing list that includes Joni Mitchell, Harry and Megan, the comedian Stewart Lee, the singer India Arie, and Young’s old bandmates, Crosby, Stills and Nash—are all apparently liberals. Strange, that.

How can any artist possibly create without free speech? How are they supposed to be artists if they’re scared that making a mistake or taking a risk that another artist doesn’t like will get them kicked off the very platform that allows them to share their art in the first place?

The WHITE HOUSE is now encouraging Spotify to take “further action” against Joe Rogan’s podcast.

This is no longer a debate about a private company.

This is the WHITE HOUSE telling a private company to police content.

The First Amendment forbids this!

Back when schools taught civics, kids were taught that every American has the right to make his or her views known.

Then they grew up, and they found out that was a lie during Obama's Reign of Error.

They made their disgust with the DEMOCRAT Party manifest by electing Donald Trump over the globalist Hildebeast.

But, from the start, President Trump was hamstrung by an entrenched elite that Obama had cunningly planted beforehand in the federal workforce, ably assisted by partisan political propaganda from a compromised and corrupt media, enraged that their monopsony control was challenged.

Then came the manufactured Covid crisis that gave the DEMOCRATS an excuse to rig the election of 2020, which was rigged in part by traditional fraud, in a larger part by improper voting rule changes, and most of all by an institutional conspiracy to install the drooling zombie who currently wanders aimlessly through the Oval Office muttering nonsense.
