Dear Idiot. NDA are legal. Brad Smith former Chairman of the FEC says if an expense can have a non campaign and a campaign motive it is NOT a campaign expense.

John Edwards had out of wedlock child that he tried to use donor money to hide and he was found not guilty. Trump used his own money not even donor money.​
