Judge rules this morning that he is going to allow in evidence of another affair, but will not, at this time, allow in any evidence that Trump's wife was pregnant at the time.


Seems fair to me... So two affairs, but that Trump denies, one with a hooker, are the central story of this case.

People still send money, as he is being prosecuted for illegally transferring that money to pay off his hooker.
 
I know Trump is old, but they are saying he fell asleep at his table this morning at Trial...

Geesh he really is frail.
 
Nothing surprises me about MAGA anymore, including illegal bribes to porn actresses and Playboy models.

What are you talking about?

The only reason you oppose abortion is because no woman would ever voluntarily procreate with you because of your deficient genes.

That's why you oppose rape and incest exceptions...the only way your deficient genes could proliferate is if you raped a woman and got her pregnant.

I'll give you credit at least you don't deny you're a member of the baby killing party. BTW that's true whether any woman would procreate with me voluntarily or under duress. Your blood lust for baby killing has nothing to do with me.
 
I see no way Trump can escape this trial. He had a 9-month affair with Stormy. He kept promising her he would put her on the Apprentice. He also had a long affair with McDougal, even longer than the Stormy affair. These were no moments of weakness but a way Trump took advantage of women. He was married and his wife was pregnant with Baron.
Then when he ran for president he was involved in a plot to hide the affairs. David Pecker said he would print the stories if they wrote them. He had no intention to do it. It was called catch and release. Pay them for the stories and then bury them in filing cabinets or burn them. In the contracts, they were not allowed to discuss the affair.
This is paying them to be quiet about what Trump was doing because it would have harmed his chance to win the presidency.
Cohen was charged with paying the women off. He was caught and served 3 years for his part in the crime. He was following Trump's orders.

Yup, mentioning Melania was pregnant at the time really provides no value, other than to highlight just how much of a scum bag Trump is. But highlighting he has TWO affairs, both of which he paid to keep quiet in that time frame, while denying both, goes right to a credibility matter the jury can decide on.

But does any of it meet the criteria of being a criminal offense?

Obvious Trump did it all, he is guilty, but when it gets into the actual legalities involved, the DA has to prove it was a criminal offense, which applicable election finance laws nor tax qualify as criminal. Besides, also has to prove that Trump personally knew of everything occurring at the time it occurred

It will quickly evolve into a media circus and the fact that Trump is guilty of that described will be lost in the arguments over legalities, expect to see a lot of Turley quotes on this forum
 
I want to see the people they pick for this in partial jury... Part of the ridiculousness....and an impossibility...
