There is a baby growing from the time that it's conceived... Many different scenarios but it's a baby that's developing... A miscarriage is the loss of a child... An abortion is the termination of a child... It's pretty basic...

NDA's a common in the civilized world - even in New York they are going to be used from time to time.

When a sperm and egg meet, most will not implant.

Just because the process of what COULD become a child was started, when the sperm and egg met, DOES NOT mean you lost a child, because the sperm and egg did not implant.


All thru the process, there are different stages that have the POTENTIAL to become a child, like the sperm and egg meeting, but they are NOT children.

And just because an emotional person, wants to think of it that way, which is fine, no one who is logical or sensible or just not stupid, will need to participate in it.

What is illegal is claiming they payment to the person that signed the NDA was not a payment to Stormy but instead was legal fees paid to the lawyer.

It isn't the payment that was illegal and it isn't the NDA that was illegal. It was falsely claiming that no payment occurred by hiding where the money went through falsifying documents.
