I never know what a jury is going to do, but I think this one could go either way. There is evidence for every element of the crimes, but if the jury believes it all adds up to reasonable doubt or not, I cannot guess.

My gut says they will not be an outright acquittal, so if I had to guess I would say hung jury or conviction.


From my view, a single misdemeanor conviction would be enough for justice to at least start.

Acquittal/dismissal, or thrown out on appeal by a REAL court.

No crime shown...your dreaming.

Please post the proof of a crime from the trial, not your imagination.

The deposit bet is a hung jury, which then Donnie will fictionalize as a proof of innocence and his victimhood

There was a reason why he fought anyway he could to insure the other three cases were postponed till after the election and only routinely attacked this one, it is a weak case, and fits his martyr schtick

I don’t know how they do it in New York, but one interesting piece of fallout if it is a hung jury would be the possibility that this case would be retried before the election.

It makes no difference what the jury does, after Cohen's testimony, the entire world knows what a sham this and it will do nothing but boost Trump's poll numbers.

Are you suggesting that the defense will be denied the opportunity to present their case?

It wouldn't be a surprise, this IS a lynching after all - it has no relationship to legitimate jurisprudence.

Biden's minion Merchan will declare a mistrial at the last possible second to avoid an outright acquittal. He's kept Trump from campaigning for months, dragged him through the mud using salacious, inflammatory, and prejudicial witnesses with no connection to the charges made by Bragg. He's suborned perjury by putting a convicted perjurer on the stand.

Comrade Merchan has done what the Biden Regime required from him. There really is nothing more he can do. Trump is going to be President in 8 months. He will appoint an AG who undoubtedly will investigate the corruption and malicious prosecution based on political goals by the Biden Regime. I think Merchan will do all he can to cover his ass.
