yeah. i was doing another thread and fucked up. But PP lets make it easy for you. What companies do in a settlement is not admit guilt. But the settlement and payoffs cannot be revealed to the public. The company does not have to admit guilt. Essentially they say we didn't do it and we will not do it again. But in Trumps, they had to pay for ads in the papers saying they were now renting to minorities. Trumps were bigots and Daffy still is.

no.....they had to state in the ads they publish that they do not discriminate......that's boiler plate in every settlement........please, just realize you are clueless and shut the fuck up.....

In 1989, Trump took out ads in New York newspapers urging the death penalty for five black and Latino teenagers accused of raping a white woman in Central Park; he argued they were guilty as late as October 2016, more than 10 years after DNA evidence had exonerated them.

I know you hoped that no one would really read your post; but there was nothing in it that mentions race; so is the racism what you imagined, when you first saw it and automatically assumed that you were going to be able to use it to make a point.

Not correct. It was a court order . It was in response to Trump company's discriminatory actions and the resulting court case. Do you, and you probably do, think other apartment companies have to run ads like that? Do you? Again you are full of shit, Trump discriminated .That is why he went to court and why he lost. so let's get this straight.....it was the biggest discrimination case in history, but the government dismissed it in exchange for a promise that they wouldn't do something that was illegal in the first place.......Trump lost the case but he didn't have to pay anything and the government won but it didn't get anything.......does that about cover it......

You are not a lawyer. If you were you would know that companies make settlements like that all the time. They will do what the court asks as long as the public does not know what they did.
