If you really stand by this document, then you need to refer to "racist actions" as "alleged racist actions", since the document specifies that this is all they ever were.

It is bigoted to refer to complying with housing laws as jumping through hoops. All real estate companies must do this, it is not jumping through hoops.

Yep, he had to comply with the same laws as all the other real estate companies, no big deal. Only a bigot would view complying with real estate laws as "jumping through hoops"
