Trump pleaded the fifth more than 400 times in fraud deposition

Why do you like Pedo Don so much, Sybil? Why defend a lying, draft-dodging, adulterous, traitorous pedophile?
It's not about him, it's about his policies that actually worked, specifically his economic and energy policies. His policies led to low inflation and low prices. Biden's handlers' policies have led to high inflation and high prices. It's all about the pocketbook, dude.

And that's not even getting into the fact that we had a secure border under Trump (which Biden's handlers have opened up wide), among plenty of other accomplishments during Trump's term.

Don't guilty people plead the 5th? Innocent people have nothing to hide.

Correct. Trump himself said so: https://apnews.com/article/russia-u...donald-trump-32e83ca978f9419f85ec4ab28645055e
in 1990, he invoked his Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination by refusing to answer 97 questions in a divorce deposition. But last year, he ripped into Hillary Clinton aides repeatedly for exercising the same privilege during the congressional investigation into her private email server.

“The mob takes the Fifth,” Trump told a campaign crowd in Iowa last September. “If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?”

Trump's lies cost the lives of thousands of Americans. You might buy his bullshit but I don't. Sure, some of his policies were beneficial, but as often with Trump, they weren't his ideas. He just signed off on them.

Sane people know that inflation is part of the COVID pandemic due to supply shortages. If Trump hadn't fucked up the US COVID response, there would have been less harmful effect upon our economy.

Our nation needs immigration reform and neither Trump nor Biden have given us that because Congress doesn't want it. Walls may look good but are of limited use.

"Fight like Hell!"

You Trump faggots lie to yourselves.

Donald Trump --- January 6th, 2021 via Twitter:

"I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order – respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!"

I do not get pissed off.
You are right now.
I fear for the country if he ever got power again,
So you are paranoid as well.
but he won't.
Speculation.
He has a 5th-grade vocabulary and does not speak in full sentences. He backtracks and meanders. He shows a lack of focus. he is quite stupid and has no knowledge base about how the country works or was built.
You are describing Joe Biden and yourself. Inversion fallacy.

Taking the fifth cannot be used as evidence in a criminal case, but can be used as evidence in other situations, such as a civil case, an employment decision, or an election.
It is not evidence of anything. Negative proof fallacy.
There are several problems with "I do not recall."
First it looks darn shady if you overuse it. No judge will instruct a jury that shadiness cannot be used against you, unlike the Fifth. If you later decide that it helps you to testify to something, and you suddenly "recall", then you look like you are lying. People usually do not recall more with time. Also "I do not recall" concedes that the questioner has the right to know, and so many times a judge will grant search warrants for the information. If you say you do not recall how much the check was for, very quickly a lawyer can get access to your entire checking account.

And most important, while hard, a prosecutor could prove that you are lying when you say you do not recall. It can very quickly become either perjury or contempt of court.

Negative proof fallacy.

What about that date? Trump didn't start any riot. DEMOCRATS did.

As evidence supporting this statement, one only need to look at the vicious persecution and hatred of Trump by Democrats since BEFORE HE BECAME PRESIDENT.
