If I lived 200 miles from the Scablands, I would go there at least 3 times a year. How much time have you spent in the Scablands?
Is that where I heard it? Maybe it was when I volunteered for the elections and went through the processes. I did it a few years ago, but the system which has been proven extremely good and safe has gotten even better.
