Trump: States rights, except Arizona!

Every civilized human being worthy of sharing the planet's oxygen supply is adamantly against right-to-work laws.
Except for a number billionaire oligarchs, only catamite-like scabs favor right-to-work laws.

As for the tenth amendment and states' rights,
states that want radically different things DON'T BELONG IN THE SAME REPUBLIC!!!

Only lazy, incompetent, unmotivated, trogs want to be in a union and see their wages taken for no good benefit. It's worse when participation is forced and the wages (aka dues) used for purposes that the worker abhors or objects to, like funding politicians.

You're something below drizzling shit to me, TAG,
and the fact that you've been a catamite for your employers your entire life
is more than reason enough to make further discourse between us unnecessary.

Not true. Arizona's antique law does allow for abortions in cases where the mother is facing serious illness or death from a pregnancy.

Who determines if the 'mother faces serious illness'?

IS is a doctor or some prosecutor in a derp area, who needs to get elected by those who oppose all abortions, for any reason?

Remember the recent Texas case, where the Dr found that risk, a court agreed and ruled the woman could have an abortion and the AG of Texas threatened he would charge any Dr who did it regardless of the ruling.

So lets not PRETEND that States saying an exception exists means a Dr is free to use their discretion that cannot be challenged by an over zealous prosecutor.

How hard is it for someone to drive a few hours to California to get one if they want it? The number of abortions for "health of the mother" is insignificant compared to the number done for convenience.
https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2024/03/25/what-the-data-says-about-abortion-in-the-us/

Unlike some other state(s), Arizona has no law against going elsewhere for an abortion. In fact, for many rural areas of the state outside Phoenix and Tucson, it'd be quicker and easier to go to a neighboring state than try to get one in-state even if it were fully legal.

Let's not pretend that there's an abortion clinic or practitioner on every other street corner.

What you say, in no way replies to my post.

It directly answered it. If a doctor found she needed an abortion, and was worried about Arizona's laws on the subject, he could refer her to a doctor in (variously) California, Colorado, or New Mexico, and likely she would be, at most, a few hours drive from that office.

Hell, because of Obamacare, there are people in Arizona now that have to drive two hours one way to a doctor's appointment for a routine check up. Again, given the geographical nature of Arizona, the abortion law, as it stands right now, is no major impediment to a woman getting one compared to if abortions were legal and available in the state.

People Kewpie just want to justify murder for convenience.

An exception exists, regardless of any prosecutor, Sock.

It does not answer it in any way.

Teh discussion i was engaged had NOTHING to do with whether a person could find an out of State option.

The issue was a person saying Dr's could act, in the State of ARIZONA upon a determination of the 'mother facing serious illness or death'.

I asked who determines that 'serious illness or death' the Doctor or Prosecutor.

You then replied 'they can easily go out of State so that answer who it is who is determining it and the abortion can go forth in Arizona'.

Do you see why we call you stupid Terry.

In a question to a comment that 'it can happen in State in Arizona, under XYZ circumstance' your answer was to say 'yes it can, by going out of State'.

All I see is you being stubbornly stupid. Most, the vast majority, of doctors do not do abortions. They would refer the patient to a specialist who does. Even within the Phoenix metro area, for any specialist you might see you could be driving an hour or more to get to their office.

It is YOU that doesn't get it. This law doesn't stop someone from getting an abortion because they can easily go to an adjacent state, if necessary, to get one.

As I stated clearly earlier: You think that there'll be an abortion provider on every other street corner, and that's never been true, and it wouldn't be true if Arizona had some unrestricted abortion on demand law in place.

You are the one that is showing mendacious stupidity here.

Person 1 : Arizona DOES ALLOW for abortions in cases where the mother is facing serious illness or death from a pregnancy

Person 2: No it really does not. Not without the Dr's facing extreme legal risk.

Terry : Yes it does because you can go OUT OF STATE EASILY that means it DOES allow for abortion in State

I want everyone to read that above exchange and understand Terry says i am being stupid because he keeps repeating 'because a person can go out of State easily that means abortion is allowed in State'.

You can't make this shit up. That is the state of Terry's brain and his intellect.

Seriously, people, on Monday Trump comes out screaming states rights on abortion.

Then Arizona outlaws even Abortion for rape incest, or a dead fetus.

The next day, Trump comes out, condemning Arizona for exercising The right he gave the state.

If Trump had gotten Stormy Daniels pregnant he would have insisted she abort it and he would have paid for the procedure as well as paying hush money to keep it quiet.

So many abortion experts here...fascinating... Everyone keeps mentioning how many abortions trump has paid for... Where's this list?
But, this is what's important... When all is said and done... 20240409_105329.jpg

You're right. It means that you've missed a period by 10-13 days. If your cycle is irregular, that happens often. Per the Planned Parenthood site, a pregnancy test should be done as soon as you've missed a period. That only gives you TWO WEEKS to find out you're pregnant, call your physician or a clinic, and either receive the oral medication or schedule and complete an abortion procedure. Two weeks. In reality, it is less time than that since few ppl start their cycle exactly 28-30 days apart.

They set that time deliberately, of course, to make sure that most women can't meet the six-weeks deadline. Thankfully for the women of Florida, abortion is on the ballot in November. What do you want to bet that they vote to preserve reproductive freedom?

Thankfully for everyone if the ballot measure brings out enough sane voters to swing the election.

No, they're not. Biden on student loan forgiveness is openly defying the Supreme Court, even daring them to do something about it. Biden has completely ignored immigration law and opened our borders. That's an observable fact, regardless of what he and his administration say. The FBI is being used to both intimidate and cower people for their postings online on social media now. He tried to institute what amounted to a censorship 'czar' and create a department of 'disinformation' for purposes of squashing free speech. He's adamantinely against right-to-work and for forced union membership.
Early on he tried to institute mask and vaccine mandates with draconian consequences for those that refused. Then there's the whole push towards 'green' that he's making. He's allowed regulations on the basis of nothing to essentially outlaw whole industries, like coal, or regulate out of existence ICE vehicles. He's also using government both with things like loan forgiveness, and massive subsidies (handouts) to attempt to buy votes. This, punish those that resist, award those that keep him in power.

Okay, you threw in the kitchen sink of generalized accusations, but you did NOT address the question: What are the "radical" proposals on abortion that the Democratic Party are proposing? We'll wait.

Again, WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU OR ANYONE ELSE TO GO INTO SOMEONE'S HOUSE OR APARTEMENT AND TELL THAT WOMAN "I determine whether or not you should have a child"?

You can't scream against a "deep state" or "nanny state" or "big gov't" interfering in any aspect of YOUR life, then turn around and try to justify this draconian BS. That's sheer hypocrisy!

This guy puts it (and folk like you) in the proper perspective:

It's called HYPOCRISY on the part of your orange god .... and the dullards shooting themselves in the foot who support him.

Get a clue: rich folk like Dump can afford abortions and all the expenses that go with it. Folk like you and I are left to the mercy of local politicians & law enforcement who will determine what's best for the women in your life regarding bringing a pregnancy to term ... what they or their doctors say be damned.
