No. An arrangement should be put in place whereby they BOTH agree to provide a standard, supervised, urine sample no later than 1 hour after the debate. Urine screening (Urinalysis) is the most accurate and reliable method for detecting the presence of drugs (any drugs) in urine. Trump has never voiced any objection to having to provide a sample of his urine for testing after the debates. If Biden has nothing to hide, why does he refuse to urine testing post-debates. (All athletes who represent America at , say, the Olympics, or even high-profile domestic meets MUST undergo urine testing, and if they were found to have the amphetamine-type stimulant drugs that Biden uses, they would be banned from competing and find themselves in lots of other deep shit as well. A debate between two men who are vying for POTUS is an intense competition - the winner is likely to be the one with the sharper anf more flexible cognitive abilities/skills. Taking amphetamine-type drugs temporarily boosts cognitive performance ARTIFICIALLY, so dosing up on stimulants before a big debate is cheating.
