Your problem is here that Biden did not say that. In fact, he did not mention parents at all. That is something the alt right added, because they have lost the debate.
But the Constitution does speak to that point. Children are human beings, not possessions. Parents do not own their children. Slavery was outlawed. So even when you make up statements that Biden did not say, you are unable to make him say something wrong.
