What is hell?

The "separation" hypothesis is definitely a much more theologically palatable concept than the concept of a vituperative vicious punishing God who grants INFINITE punishment for sins committed in a finite amount of time. (Same God as who so loved the world...)

The OP was quite ignorant.

The Catholic view of hell is explained most definitively by Dante in the Divine Comedy. The separation from God that is described is mostly a removal of protection that allows Satan and his minions to inflict what they see as just punishment for sins. Per Dante, it is not God punishing the sinners, simply God not restraining Satan from punishing sinners.

The Catholic view of hell, which has very little Biblical basis, is very much a place of eternal torment.

How so, were there jews along with our white founding founders that helped shape the Christian religion in our early days as a nation?

You're a simp. You can't or won't think particularly deeply about anything.

If you don't know what the "judeo" part of Judeo-Christianity is in relationship to, then I'm afraid you aren't even worth wasting the time educating you.

Go finish your GED.

There were, however, Jews in America when it was founded. Specifically:
* Joachim Gans, who arrived in 1532 who created the Roanoke colony.
* Elias LeGarde, who arrived in 1628 and established a 100 acre farm in Virginia.
* Solomon Franco, who arrived in 1649 and provided supplies to a general in the Massachusetts militia.

There was also a Jewish community in Louisiana.

Did they help create the United States? That's rather up for debate.

So do I. See? It's okay to hate. And that resolves the paradox. You hate liberalism, but you don't hate anyone, because liberalism is not a person.

Well said!

Yeah, this isn't the only forum where I had to keep repeating the fact that I hate liberalism, Marxism, socialism etc. I have have 3 ultra liberal brothers, and I certainly don't hate them. If possible I would change my moniker to liberalismhater.

Yeah, I doubt very much that there were jews involved in developing our Constitution or actually fought in the Revolutionary War.

I'll give you the honor of telling me how judeo is a part of Christianity.

Ahhh, now I get it. When I say you aren't a Christian, I mean you don't follow the words of Jesus. When you claim to be a Christian, you mean you're a White Nationalist Christian. Now it all makes sense.

White Christian nationalism — exploited by an authoritarian madman, trumpeted by bigoted white evangelical accomplices and amplified by the quirks of the electoral college — has indeed come into remarkable power. PRRI’s new study demonstrates the danger of this worldview, but it also provides a reality check on the actual reach of white Christian nationalism among all Americans....

...At the violent January 6 insurrection after Trump’s 2020 loss, we saw a disturbing number of Christian symbols intermingled with Trump flags, Confederate flags and other white supremacist symbols. We see the connection between Christian nationalism and support for political violence clearly in the data.

Nearly four in 10 Christian nationalism Adherents (38%) and nearly three in 10 Sympathizers (28%) agree that “because things have gotten so far off track, true American patriots may have to resort to violence to save the country,” compared with only 15% of Skeptics and 7% of Rejecters.

The relationship between Christian nationalist views and support for political violence is also strong at the state level, especially among white Americans.....

...White Christian nationalism is certainly not the best of who we are as Americans or, for those of us who understand ourselves to be followers of Jesus, the best of who we are as Christians.

You dumb uneducated goy

Jews were present at Bunker Hill, Valley Forge, and other battle sites throughout the colonies.

During the American Revolution, a significant number of Jews, disproportionate to their small population, fought for the Patriot cause, including notable figures like Francis Salvador, Haym Salomon, and Mordecai Sheftall.
