Who is Gullible Enough to Believe This?

Thank you for bringing this site to my attention. I have given it a reasonable scrub and now I can effectively unpack your statement above.

1. The site is extremely neutral and dispassionate, simply reporting the news as news is supposed to be reported. It appears to adhere to its commitment to the truth, which is apparently why you refer to it as "fake news."
2. It isn't extreme left-wing Marxist propaganda, ergo I understand why you characterize it as "extreme right wing."
3. The Gateway Pundit has apparently reclaimed Fox News' discarded maxim of being fair and balanced while allowing its audience to decide. This requires a strong mind, not the feeble, atrophied leftist mind that can't function without its controlling thought-collective doing its thinking for it.

You totally screwed that pooch, but thanks again for pointing it out.
So this is your idea of a neutral news site.

Far-right Gateway Pundit kicked out of bankruptcy, exposing it to lawsuits

But, Gecko, RFK Jr. just endorsed Trump and joined his rally in Las Vegas.

RFK Jr. will get a Cabinet job in the Trump Administration.

RFK Jr. has 4-6 points in the battleground states...enough to put Trump over the top.

Wait, so now that you're losing the polls are fake?
The "polls" have always been a scam. I explained how Kamolie is going to acquire "all the momentum" from the debates as reflected in the DNC press releases that they pretend are the results of legitimate polls, planning to cite her "amazing performance in the debates" as the "obvious reason for her upswing. However, since Kamolie has been chickening out of debates, the DNC had to go ahead and issue their fabricated "poll results" as if Kamolie is somehow becoming more popular all of a sudden for absolutely no reason.

The DNC still tries to keep Kamolie from speaking in public to the maximum extent possible, just as they did with Biden, and Kamolie still has no policy planks to discuss, except for her Marxist price fixing, so there is no reason for Kamolie to somehow be doing any better than two months ago when the Democrat Party hadn't hemhoraged across all democraphics for those two months.

This tells me that you did not do well on the verbal section of the SAT. An individual's legal situation tells me nothing of a news organization that seems to be operating mostly in a neutral, dispassionate manner.
The fact that a 'news organization' has been credibly sued for defamation says quite a bit about whether it is operating mostly in a neutral, dispassionate manner. The fact that a court then threw out that organization's attempt to falsely claim bankruptcy to prevent defamation lawsuits also says quite a bit about whether it is operating in a neutral, dispassionate manner.

The latest DNC press release disguised as "legitimate poll results" has Kamolie leading Donald Trump nationally by 7 points ... for no reason. I really would like to know who actually believes this on face value.

Kamala Harris Takes 7-Point Lead Over Donald Trump in New National Poll

A newly released national poll finds Vice President Kamala Harris is leading former President Donald Trump by a 7-point margin.

Harris, who accepted the Democratic Party's nomination Thursday night at the Democratic National Convention (DNC), has been in the presidential race for just over a month following President Joe Biden's exit on July 21.

Over the past few weeks, a majority of national aggregate polls have found an extremely tight race between Harris and Trump, the GOP nominee. However, most national aggregates show Harris in the lead nationally, though the two are deadlocked in battleground states that are often most indicative of the path to the White House.

On Friday, Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) and Braun Research released a new poll of 801 registered voters conducted between August 17 and 20, finding that 50 percent of voters support a Harris presidency while 43 percent support Trump.

... and another DNC press release has Conservatives admitting that Donald Trump is 'nutty' and unpopular, explaining why his "careening" campaign and the GOP is headed directly to failure.

'Very unpopular': Editor of conservative outlet admits 'weak' Trump is 'definitely nuts'

The last month has arguably been the worst yet for former President Donald Trump's 2024 campaign. The emergence of Vice President Kamala Harris as the last-minute Democratic nominee has had Trump in a tailspin, and now even the editor of a major conservative news outlet is admitting that the GOP's chances of victory in November are slim.

In a recent column, National Review executive editor Mark Antonio Wright weighed in on the disarray of the Republican ticket and Trump's careening presidential campaign. While opining that the GOP nominee isn't getting fair treatment by the mainstream press, Wright nonetheless attributed Trump's flagging 2024 operation to the fact that he is simply "very unpopular" and that Harris represents a welcome departure from what was previously a stale race.
"Yes, this summer when the public was faced with the choice between the Democrats’ unpopular, probably senile, octogenarian Joe Biden and the Republicans’ unpopular, definitely nuts, septuagenarian Donald Trump, it seemed like the American people would reluctantly go with Trump," Wright wrote. "But at the same time, American voters for two years running had loudly and repeatedly told both parties, pollsters, and anyone who would listen that they preferred a different set of choices. The dominant emotion that most Americans felt about the coming election was dread. And then, in a remarkable turn of events, the Democratic Party gave Americans another option: Kamala Harris."

Who believes this?
There are now 3 polls that show Harris with a lead of 6-8 points in the national polls. At least 2 other polls show her with a 5 point lead.

This tells me that you did not do well on the verbal section of the SAT. An individual's legal situation tells me nothing of a news organization that seems to be operating mostly in a neutral, dispassionate manner.
Just look at the buffoon who is pointing fingers at others' SAT, and not bothering to look at his own.

The fact that a 'news organization' has been credibly sued for defamation
Nope. In the US, anyone can sue anyone for anything. Your qualifier of "credibly" is subjective and probably isn't true.

The fact that a court then threw out that organization's attempt to falsely claim bankruptcy to prevent defamation lawsuits also says quite a bit about whether it is operating in a neutral, dispassionate manner.
Nope. It says nothing of the sort.

Let me fix this for you.

There are now 3 DNC press releases claiming to be "poll results" that show all sorts of absurd wishful thinking. At least two other DNC press releases mandate that the press propogate the narrative that suddenly, for no reason, Kamolie somehow has a 5 point lead.
