Who is willing to go on record saying they believe the President can defy legal court orders?

The case on point was simply a judge demanding time to sort this out.

The Felon is claiming he had this right as long as he could get it done before these issues could be looked into.
I get both of these. And, as I stated, we need to get that ruling from SCOTUS soon as he's already stated he will follow that one. If you want him to act in the manner in which you say you do, then this is the path to success.

So these issues can be reviewed by a Court?
Possibly. The Executive is seeking a decision by the SCOTUS. I do not believe that courts will find that they have the power to decide who is an enemy, what is a terrorist, etc. but will allow that you should actually be able to show that they are a member of the claimed subset before deporting folks.

This all reminds me of Johnny Dangerously... Roman Moroni gets deported to Sweden but wasn't from there...

The Courts do not tell anyone what to do, other than follow the law. Are you not educated?
No court has any authority over Trump's authority over the executive branch, Pretender.
The Congress cant tell anyone what to do, other than pass a law.
Paradox. Irrational. You cannot argue both sides of a paradox, Pretender.
and...

The Executive cant tell anyone what to do, other than enforce the law and foreign affairs.

The people are already in an El Salvadorian prison.

So, if a person is determined to be a a member of a group called terrorists by the POTUS he has lost his Constitutional Due Process rights?

So, if a person is determined to be a terrorist by the POTUS he has lost his Constitutional Due Process rights?
Did I say that, or did I say that I think they will rule that if he can prove that they are both of those things he can deport them per that law?

Do you have an example?
Let's take the elephant in the room, abortion. The Warren court made that law up out of thin air. There is nothing in the constitution about the subject or anything in it that would create a national right to abortion out of it. This was always a states issue, not a federal one, and returning it to the states was the correct remedy, like it or not.

Does this means you do believe a judge has the authority to order the planes turn around?

I am not so sure that every court in the land has the power to order the President around. Hence his request for a SCOTUS ruling on the subject. I find it hypocritical that you didn't care when your braindead hero ignored SCOTUS rulings to repeatedly do something they declared unconstitutional but care about this one...

Where were you in demanding the President follow the rule of law back then?

A higher appellate court will reverse this and hopefully censor this low level politically biased judge who applied his ruling to the entire country…illegally.
Judges are people, and have political biases. That is not the issue.

The issue is that this judge has no authority to make any such ruling. He should be removed from office. The House is already considering it.

But the guy is in an El Salvadorian Prison. He had no right to go directly to the Supremes... So he has to go to E.S. Prison until the Supreme Court acts?

That is not Due Process as spelled out in the 5th Amendment.

Do you not believe that those powers must be exercised within the law and other parts of the Constitution?
Those powers are declared in the Constitution, Pretender. The President has full authority over the executive branch, and is charged with protecting the border, and has full authority over deportations and immigration.

No court can change that.

DON'T TRY TO HIDE BEHIND THE CONSTITUTION YOU DESPISE! DON'T TRY TO START A WAR YOU CANNOT WIN, SYBIL!
