Gun rights. Der.
gun rights? really? cite.
Gun rights. Der.
Gun rights. Der.
Ok, please go into detail how my right to own a gun was upheld in Colorado that night....
bijou if you have compelling evidence, then pm me and share it with me so that I can kick him to the curb. You aren't being very effective if you just say you "know he is." If you want to be proactive then show me anything that leads you to this conclusion.
Gun rights. Der.
You have the same rights as James Holmes. All his guns and ammo were obtained legally. He slipped through no cracks. Hope that helps.
pray tell how 'gun rights' prevailed in aurora when the movie theater was/is allowed to post no guns signs which prohibit anyone from legally carrying in their movie theaters?
I'm so sorry you're unable to connect obvious dots, but that shortcoming is yours, not mine. It's been discussed and explained ad nauseam here. You still don't get it, apparently. Oh well, sucks to be you I guess.
show me some obvious dots then. you're trying to blame us gun owners for 12 deaths in aurora simply because we support gun rights, but you can't see the connection between NOT having gun rights in a private movie theater allowed those 12 deaths to occur.
you're not doing a very good job at showing that liberals are intelligent and logical.
i will not accept that responsibility just because you want to saddle me with it. and that 'culture' you're talking about is the intent of the framers of our country. if you'd like to denounce them all as zealots, please go ahead. I think you have some space to make yourself look even more stupid.No. I'm not showing you anything more. The culture that's been cultivated by the gun right zealots is what enables incidents such as Colorado to occur. You don't want that responsibility. Tough shit. It is what it is. Quit whining.

*tink* *tink* *tink*..... Hello? Bijou? You there?....You going to respond to this?
We are waiting.
No, not really...
bijou doesn't back up her claims. she is nothing more than a left wing hack.
hyperbole, thou art a heartless bitch.
darla, do you have a book out? i'd love to read your analysis of the modern macho male.
I think at this point it would be nearly impossible to fully grasp the extent of male delusion in this country. We’ve got an epidemic.
Here you have a case of a man wearing bullet proof gear from head down, entering an already extremely dark movie theatre, and then setting off tear gas! before commencing shooting.
And according to millions of frustrated men across our country, they would have walked to the middle of the aisle, dropped down to one knee, aimed their gun, and killed the shooter. No doubt to be followed by their blowing on their gun and whispering, yippee kay yay motherfucker, asthey dieharded their way into national fame. THis is clearly what they fantasize about. Meanwhile. 3D jerking off to the latest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit covergirl is more realistic than the fantasy lives of these guys. Is 3D going to be boning the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit covergirl? Not in this life. But that's still more realistic than this.
This is not remotely possible, believable, or even rational. It is laughable on its face. And yet millions of men believe it. Thoreau famously stated that most men lead lives of quiet desperation. Whether American men are desperate and frustrated because their lives have failed to meet their expectations, because they are nearly pathologically sexually frustrated, in bad marriages, hate their bosses, hate their jobs, or as I suspect, some poisonous combination of the above, they clearly feel impotent to affect any change in their lives. And they give evidence to Thoreau’s observation every day.
One of my favorite parts of their 'Reasoning" is that they're brave enough to own guns and men who don't have guns aren't. You have guys on this thread who clearly and inarguably are terrified to leave their own homes without a fucking arsenal calling men who aren't afraid to leave their homes, pussies and cowards.
This thread and the American male mindset on guns is a study in delusionary thinking.
I don't think there was hyperbole in there.
