No, I simply belive we can limit them somewhat, nuclear arms are limited.

Just like a person can be arrested for insighting a riot or yelling fire in a crowded theater, even though the First Amendment protects freedom of speech.

Yeah, and I can't fire a gun wildly in a crowded theater either. Both equal levels of regulations.

So you belive all Americans should have free access to Nuclear Arms? Insighting a riot is protected under the Bill of Rights?

What has that to do with registration (5th Amendment violation) and in extension home invasion? The constitution may not be, but inanity is a "suicide pact"...

Either you cannot follow the discussion and jumped in here with something that has nothing to do with the topic, or you believe that we can just take away "some" of the rights to make you feel better? The 4th Amendment and 5th Amendment have nothing to do with nuclear arms.

The right to bear "ARMS" (including the nuclear type) shall not be abridged.

The discussion is different, you come in here with a stupid "can you own nuclear arms" rubbish in a thread about registration. Either it is your contention that they should be able to own them so long as they are registered or you are in the wrong thread.

<sigh> Grind is comparing Canada to America and we already went over the differences between their Constitution and ours. Key word: Constitution. Which other countries with a Constitutional right to bear arms are confiscating guns?
