Retired generals and current senior commanders that have spoken with TheBlaze say the administration is not only purging the military of commanders they don’t agree with, but is striking fear in the hearts of those still serving.

The timing comes as the five branches of the U.S. armed forces are reducing staff due to budget cuts, and as U.S. troops are expected to withdraw from Afghanistan next year.

“I think they’re using the opportunity of the shrinkage of the military to get rid of people that don’t agree with them or not tow the party line.

I don't understand transgenders. I've seen a few around SF and think WTF? But if they can pass the require military test and are willing to fight so I don't have to they have my respect and gratitude just like all the others that serve.

Cut the drama. Read it as is. The military should not be the place for social experiments. I have never once in ANY post since I've been here made light of transgenderism nor have I ever (as mannnnnnnnnny others do), made homosexual jokes, made vulgar remarks to others "questioning" their sexuality, sexual act jokes, remarks, etc.

A major study published in 2014 in JAMA Psychiatry found that some 25% of non-deployed U.S. military members had some sort of mental disorder. That's why if you read what I wrote earlier..."Let them have military desk jobs." you'd realize I have no fear (phobic) or hatred towards them.

This is a story that's been in the news and I addressed it as is. It's your problem for letting your imagination go wild and read something else into it.

They automatically fail the mental stability portion of it by thinking they can be a gender other than the one they were born because they feel that way.

They are already fighting on the front lines now. If you're out there taking bullets so I don't have to I respect and appreciate that even if they are f'd up mentally. If you can do the job I don't care what you think you are sexually or what religion you are.

The military is not a Job Corps. For instance, you cannot serve if you are obese.....same as if you cannot figure out what gender you are....even by looking down. Dunce.
