As long as the 2nd amendment exists.....no one has the authority to come to my house and say, "hand over your guns.....", if they do I shall assume they have criminal intent in their mind. What kind'a of lame ass hypothetical is that? I suggest, if you want to rescind the 2nd amendment right to bear arms......simply get a 75% super majority of your pals and go for it. But until that time comes. I shall be protected by the 2nd amendment.

Sure you fear it....just like the kid in Fla., the only time you "feel" safe is when you think others are defenseless.

have students line up by 6 AM just to get through the metal detectors and searched by an overworked guard at the door, only to have a fire break out in the cafeteria and all the students burn up like waco because there was only one door. brilliant.

Really...he didn't think that one through at all...
(In our building we have a single entrance, locked, and everyone shows ID when they come in. Checked by the resource officer (alumni-former Marine). We also have another resource officers who roam the building...works fine. No metal detector....that would be a nice addition, though.)

Too many guns and too many ARs. I know what to do, lets have more. Force all students to carry. Like taking a pizza to a fat person. They will be impressed by the fattening food and go on a diet. the school janitors should carry ARs. The teachers should be armed. The dean should walk around with a bandolaro. The school office workers should have guns on their desks. Then schools will be safe. We have too much drugs in America. the answer is to have them every where. Bring in more drugs and that will solve the drug problem. I am getting a hang of the logic.
