That guy is such a fucking idiot, he will say anything the NRA tells him to say. Just five or six years ago the Dude supported a ban on assault rifle’s.
 
This should have been done years ago. Teachers should be required to complete conceal carry training before they can start coursework for a masters degree.

Of source these numbers are skewed due to the accounting method of using Per Capita instead of just reporting the murders....as if it matters how many targets are needed before one gets murdered by the criminals who did not follow the gun regulations in those cities.

Adding guns into the equation is not going to solve the gun problem. Removing guns from the situation however will. By providing teachers with guns it opens up more opportunities for exploitation, than anything advantageous. The role of a teacher is to educate, not defend.
 
A volunteer quorum of teachers/staff based on student population for its size, who would be subject to rigorous, regular training-would be bad why?

This is going to be a great issue for exposing the left for their gun grabbing ways. This will be like DACA for the left. Trump will crush them.

With DACA the said “amnesty or nothing” while Trump put out reasonable proposals after another.

Trump will play the democrats the same way on this. He will offer up many things just short of banning guns and the democrat party true to form will say NO. We only want banning of the 2nd Amendment.

Of course it will. Australia, Japan, India, Germany, UK, New Zealand are living examples, as too are many more countries. It may be a right in your Constitution (where in fact interpretation is up for debate) however this is more relating to ones morals. How can you as an individual carry a weapon, that in fact has the primary purpose to kill??

So you believe that removing or at least more strictly legislating firearms will do nothing??

If a country has a drug crisis, you do not add more drugs to the equation, you remove the drugs from the equation.

I cannot help but also point this notion out relating to the 14th Amendment. It states "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws" The laws pertaining to firearms and the use of firearms are depriving individuals of their right to life. The final line terming "equal protection", appears to be failing. How a gunman who is awaiting trial and innocent teenagers and kids who have passed (along with their families) are receiving equal protection is beyond my intelligence.

I have heard few Americans stand up for the 14th Amendment but so many for the 2nd Amendment, why is this because guns seem to be valued more than justice, protection and life. The 2nd Amendment is merely an excuse to cover the United States hideous gun culture, if you deny this I would assert you look past the 2nd Amendment and onto the news, the true events and heck maybe even the 14th Amendment.

I never stipulated it was 'you', rather the Constitutional right is what is allowing the firearms to be utilised and thus attribute to 64% of homicides. How can you continue to carry a weapon that has murdered many innocent lives?? Guns are not a normality, rather they seem to have been conditioned as a normality, an obsession.

The Constitutional right gives you the right to own and thus use a firearms. The failure of the Constitutional right, weak firearm legislation in the US and the commonality and normality of guns is what allowed the perpetrators of the hundreds of mass shootings to abuse the right, has allowed individuals to kill 11,000 in homicide related violence, it has allowed an average of 96 Americans to be killed per day by a gun and it has allowed 50 woman a month to be shot by their partners.

A misleading statement....are you not carrying a gun, similar or not identical to the one that has been used to kill an innocent victim???? I never stated that particular weapon you were carrying killed anyone, far reaching implication that is blaming me of accusing you to be a murderer. Guns primary purpose is to take life, is this not true????

For protection....well if the US removed or at least heavily regulated on firearms you wouldn't have to defend yourself against anyone with a firearm. For every 1 person who acted in self defence 34 more people die. Of all the homicides from 2003-2011 only 0.79% of individuals defended themselves or at least threatened to defend themselves with a firearm. Merely an accuse when mass shootings are happening in Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando etc...

Hunting is something that I don't agree with, however I accept it is part of individuals jobs or lifestyle.

Australia is a clear example of a country with effective gun law, deny this you deny there hasn't been a mass shooting or a drop in homicide rates, youth suicide rates or gun violence. However they are highly regulated with a ban on a majority of firearms, strict containment laws, lengthy background checks, ongoing inspection of licensed gun shops, limitations on ages of attaining a gun license. Individuals are still allowed to hunt. Why can't the US follow this example??
