It's against the law, and now the NYAG is suing to dissolve Trump's personal piggy bank while recommending a criminal investigation in a letter to the DOJ and IRS. That letter is calling for the release of the tax returns...the same ones Trump refused to release in 2016.

There's a document of Trump's signature, personally ordering the use of $100,000 from Trump Foundation to settle a legal issue for his private club Mar-A-Lago. That's against the law.

Ummm...

...and anyone with any class at all WOULD NOT DO IT...no matter.

Of course...Trump has a legitimate excuse there.

Please let it be enough to impeach him. Who's drafting the articles of impeachment? Tell them to hurry up. If this economy keeps zooming along it's going to be tough to keep him from being popular with the people who have seen their lives improve.

How did the foundation escape scrutiny for all this time? Incompetence?

There is no ethical ambiguity here. Trump hustled charitable donations and used them for personal gain. No such blatant evidence exists in the case of the Clinton Foundation, and any media narrative that attempts to equate the two charities would be doing a disservice to all voters, including Trump’s supporters. If Trump’s bigotry were not enough to bring his morals into question, the malfeasance at his foundation should undermine his image as a scourge of corruption in America.

Sure.. Trump wanted the presidency to boost his brand. He's always been a crook.

Crooked Trumps Used DJT Foundation as a Personal Piggy Bank ...

Much of the malfeasance surrounding the Trump Foundation came out during the campaign, thanks to The Post’s hardworking, Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter David Fahrenthold. But back then, less scrupulous media outlets were busily piling synthetic dirt on Clinton’s ...

I'm asking why it took nyag so long to address such obvious corruption. Learn to read.

I thought the trump klan closed that 'charity' when he usurped power? He got caught writing a $25,000 check to the Fla. AG for her campaign in exchange for her not investigation 'trump university'.

He claimed that the wrote the check from 'the wrong account'.

It's been a slush fund for all things trump. He bought a life sized portrait of himself with that money as well.

Get back to me when you get a conviction.

BTW, is this against the law?
