Technically yes no questions are the most reliable results. Anything that cannot be answered that way renders unreliable results. They also should contain questions to which the person is asked to lie. The questions should be rephrased a few different ways and it needs to be asked over a long period. Two questions and done is not a valid result either way.

There should be no rush to confirm on this. I'm not sure why those on the right would want to hurry this along given the circumstances.
This isn't a 2 or 4 year position. It's lifetime. We're beyond just one accuser at this point - it does deserve more consideration AND investigation than what we have seen.
Honestly, I'm not sure what to believe. All that tells me is that I need to hear more - even if it's just seeing one or more of the accusers testify, just to gauge their credibility. I don't believe that most people would just lie in these circumstances for a payment, or that anyone would try to orchestrate such a payment, hoping that it stays secret. Is it possible that there is mistaken identity here? Maybe - Kav might be cleared of these accusations.
But I give no benefit of the doubt to those who have tried to discredit the accusers from the very first second, without a thought - simply to protect a political consideration.
