First of all she took the polygraph one week AFTER her letter to Feinstein.

She took the polygraph on August 7 and in her letter to Feinstein said she would be back in Commiefornia on the 10th. Did she drive or fly?

She was only asked two questions basically asking her if she lied in her statement.

She was never asked about Kavanaugh or any details.

And strangely in her statement she never mentions Judge or Kavanaugh last names. Just uses first names

Also her lawyers refuse to release therapist notes she claims corroborates her story

This is all bullshit. Democrats are fucked

Then the damnest thing happened......I was drafted right after high school, I returned home after 2 years and YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED WHAT MY PARENTES LEARNED WHILE I WAS AWAY.


Conclusion: Only someone that is perpetually IMMATURE (cough....LIBERAL) while refusing to evolve into adulthood would ever attempt to compare teen mentality with an adult cognition thougt process. What? People are not supposed to continue to learn and garner wisdom...what they are when a teen is what they shall remain forever? Given that no one on either side has any actual evidence, then waiting is not going to help. The results of any further investigation will be inconclusive and no minds will be changed.

If we were dealing with a science proposition instead of accusations they would be considered unfalsifiable. In other words, neither side can prove their case. If Kavanaugh is innocent, he has no way of proving it—given the nature of the accusations against him.

The Salem Witch Hunts are a great analogy. It’s impossible to prove you’re not a Witch for *precisely* the same sorts of reasons Kavanaugh can’t prove he *didn’t* engage in rape parties in the early 80’s.

Not surprisingly, our legal system was designed to prevent this sort of thing. Presumption of innocence, for one. That principle was designed to protect innocent people from the mob or from Twitter vigilantes who are trying to lynch the wrong person. Or perhaps the ‘right’ person, if there’s an agenda afoot.

The principles are there to protect the innocent.

They should not be trying to determine who is lying. (That should be a function of the FBI, which the Republicans are avoiding.)

The purpose of this testimony should be to determine (if possible) which of the two sounds more credible...which story seems closer to the truth.
