No, Dog...US Intelligence reports were far from "it is a slam dunk that Saddam has WMD. In fact, it appears that Dubya (or more likely, Cheney) cherry-picked from the reports in order to make the case of an invasion, that they wanted to make for other reasons, was decided on that basis.

You can read the 2008 Senate Intelligence Committee report that calls your comment into serious question. It is ponderous, but...it says you are wrong.
