Has anybody noticed?

Do you know the procedures for creating classified information? Based on your above post the answer is no.

If you are saying Trump has not the authority to declassify, or classify, material as he sees fit, then I would say you are talking with your head up his ass again.

I will give you two Obama lies that most people remember. "The average family will save $2,000 with Obamacare." And who can ever forget the immortal "If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor." Yea we couldn't prove Obama lied. LOL

Both of which were true until the Repugnant Party refused to work with the Dems, and decided to start their vendetta of repealing the ACA.

Now, do you want to tell us what the Repugnant ones plan is to replace the ACA with?

No matter what is in the report the left will scream coverup like always.

"the left will scream coverup like always,' and this is come from the right who for the last decade who have perpetuated one conspiracy after another regarding anything Obama/Clinton, and when Obama/Clinton passed and they controlled all segments of the Government, a mythological "deep state?"

For real?

"IF".....Mueller is still a man of (wink, wink) integrity.....WHY HAS HE FAILED TO COME OUT AND DECLARE AG BARR'S summary FALSE IN DETERMINING ALL THE FACTS OF THE INVESTIGATION....if there is something being hidden by the AG as the left is suggesting? Its a most difficult thing to eat your cake and hold onto it at the same time. The left constantly breaks the 1st law of logic....the law of the excluded middle that simply states that something cannot be true and false at the same time. :palm:

The 1st stage of grief.....DENIAL which is not a river in Egypt. Regardless of what is in, or what is revealed in public within the Mueller report. AG BARR is the decider in chief. And he has already spoken, quite unambiguously. No Collusion, No Obstruction is possible where there has been no evidence of a crime to obstruct.

hat’s one reason why Obama couldn’t make a deficit deal with Republicans: They didn’t care about the deficit. Also, as Mulvaney now casually concedes, they didn’t want to give him any accomplishments at all, so even if Obama offered a deal they could live with, they would have opposed it rather than allow him to claim legislative success.

The Republican Party of the last quarter century regularly toggles between methodological extremes. When they gain the presidency, they dismiss congressional oversight and fiscal responsibility alike as totally unnecessary. When they relinquish it, they pursue both to fanatical extremes. Either they are blowing up the deficit and covering up wild crime sprees, or they are demanding senseless austerity and conducting permanent, redundant investigations of phantasmal Fox News–generated nonevents.

Typically, they roll out a new cast of characters to justify the stance of the moment and allow the old ones to fade into the sunset. The Clinton-era inquisitors of Capitol Hill were gone from the scene when the Bush administration was escaping oversight and rolling up debt. The Bushies faded into the background when Obama-era Republicans waxed hysterical about debt and scandal. Now a new reversal is upon us. Unfortunately for Trump’s party, Mulvaney is still with us to answer for the past.

Never said any such thing. The president has broad powers when it comes to classified information. When you learn the procedures get back to me. Putz

Get back to you about what? Your stupidity? The question was not about procedures, on which you were wrong to begin with. The question is about the Presidents role.

If you had read the aw, which I posted a link to, even one as stupid as you might, and that is just a little "might", understand it too.

Clearly you are the one one person on the planet too stupid to understand 1st grade English.

In post number 8 your made this asinine comment:

"The author of the information is the classifying officer and responsible for proper classification and markings. "

The law which describes the procedures says you are stupid

Now, show us how stupid you are.

Has anybody besides me noticed how Robert Mueller, once upon a time, was the rightist attack target unworthy of the protection of the full Congress to shield him from Trump who was out to fire him?

When did Trump threaten to fire him? That horseshit was all CNN & MSNBC propaganda.

Do you know POTUS can declassify information?

The Potus can also direct his AG toward an investigation, history is filled with such executive decisions as the Potus is also the Chief Law Enforcement Executive in this republic. I wonder what exactly is on the mind of Mr. Trump after enduring a 2 year witch hunt? I'd wager he is getting aroused simply thinking about the possibilities.

Wrong dumb ass! People are appointed as classifying officials by the president or others as directed by Executive Order 12356. You need a towel to get the egg off your face. And you can apologize now.

They had no power to repeal and replace until Trump was elected.

Hold that thought for awhile, rumor has it that the deep state is being looked at seriously. You might have to light your hair back on fire again soon.
