Question for our gun enthusiast friends.

nobody seems inclined to notice that we have laws prosecuting people who sell guns illegally......why then can we not have laws prosecuting people who perform abortions illegally?......please do not gloss over this fact and respond intelligently.......

There's brain activity...and a heartbeat....

Stone must believe that a heart can beat, without a brain; but he could be using himself as an example.

A machine gun is just another firearm and your pathetic attempt to move the goal post, has been noted.

I reiterate:

What "law" do you think has made a difference with anything??

I just answered your question, you stupid fuck. You’re just too fucking stupid to grasp the answer.

Why do you think there are no uses of machine guns these days to kill people? Try to think for just one minute.

Then let's go that route; because you appear to be stating that with the laws against machine guns, that no one has committed a murder with one.

Is that correct??

Because the ban was put into affect in 1968 and in September of 1988 one was used, to commit a murder.

And being endangered changes SCIENCE? Really? As you said...….just present your SCIENCE that declares that DNA markers do not define human life to be totally unique to only one human. If that's not endangered enough for you......why kill the only example of that life that will ever exist? And claim you have the right to end that totally unique bloodline?

Technically, not even twins have identicle DNA as your experiences change your DNA. Since twins can't live identical lives their DNA will inevitably change differently as they age.

That’s because you’re uninformed and stupid. Try reading Heller, stupid fuck.

The Supreme Court does not have authority to change the Constitution. Heller v dc upheld the Constitution. It didn't try to change it. Maybe YOU should read the results of that case, including the circuit court ruling that was upheld.
