So then if we make abortion illegal, it will still happen, correct?
Of course if legislation is passed on the Federal Level that allows abortion on demand....go for it. The problem is, when properly argued......the authorized murder of unborn children is just as unconstitutional as killing any child still in a state of gestation/growth/development. Your problem....SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY can prove beyond doubt that from the first cell forward after conception...there is a growing gestating human life that must be protected as an "unalienable" right. The Science of DNA technology demonstrates that unique individual human life exists from the time the egg meets the sperm and the mothers DNA (life signature chemistry) and DNA combine to create a new totally unique human life that is simply in a stage of development just as it continues to be in a stage of gestation/growth/mental/emotional development well into its TEEN YEARS.
When the proper case reaches SCOTUS.....there will be a federal law mandated that agrees with that decision, as there cannot exist in this republic some states that allow the death dealings in children and states that make it a crime, there must be UNITY because the very founding document of this nation declares that life and liberty are unalienable (non-transferrable via law) except through due process.
Read the very first legal document ever to exist from a newly formed United States of America.....its declaration of independence from Great Britain, "We hold these truths to be self evidence, that all men are CREATED EQUAL (not born but created, science proves that men are created when conception takes place.....and they simply gestate until they reach a state of adulthood, physically, mentally and emotionally), they are endowed with certain UNALIENALBE Rights, among these are LIFE and LIBERTY...………" -- The United States Declaration of Independence.
Its not a legal document? Then we are still bound by the common laws of England and subject to the Crown and Parliament? This document became legal when England agreed to its terms with the signing of the Treaty of Paris in 1783.
I would have an opinion that Roe v. Wade is soon to be discarded as the antiquated draconian decision it was.....today we have the technology to prove that Congress was correct when it legislated the Endangered Species Act......LIFE WITHIN ALL SPECIES CAN AND DOES EXIST EVEN IN A STATE OF PREBIRTH and the punishment for placing that life in danger is justifiable through acts of legislation.
Its not rocket science....its just SCIENCE properly applied along with logic, reason and common sense.
