Why would I hate my fellow Catholics (at least as a whole. Obviously I do hate my share of them)? Now, I can't help picking on the Mediterranean peoples, because they are such easy targets. But, I have nothing but love for Spain, Italy, and Greece. Even Southern France isn't so bad.

Being Jewish, you would assume I hated the Germans too. Most of their culture really is not that bad, and they are usually nice people. I support forgiving, but never forgetting. We should keep an eye on them forever. It continues to bother me that their reunification happened on the same day as Kristallnacht. There is no proof it was planned that way, but it still bothers me.

I do have to say their beer and food is overrated. Their beer is better than American beer the same way Burger King is better than McDonald's. Their food is fatty.

Their beer is better than what people think of when they imagine American beer. But, America has been producing the world's best beer for over 20 years. I also think England and Ireland produce excellent beer.
