If they won't spend the money, then they shouldn't get it.
We've been told that trickle down economics works because the wealthy will spend more if we give them more to spend.
But you're here saying they won't spend.
So if they're not going to spend, they're pulling that money out of the economy, which contracts it.

the premise has been that the wealthy invest in the economy to make more money. that money allows companies to invest in newer products/services, which makes money for shareholders, which then requires more workers to provide and support those products/services..........is that correct?
