That's just to help relax. The Zen purists say you have to be in the lotus position and sit for days. I disagree. You can meditate by walking. I did it while jogging. I jogged for about 40 years. In the early days it was with a small cassette player then, later, an MP3 player. About 15 years ago, as I got more into Zen, I stopped listening to music while jogging and focused upon my surroundings. Yes, my breathing, but also my pace, the smells, sights and sounds around me. The coolness or heat of the air. I'd jog for 4-6 miles a few times a week like that. It was very relaxing. Now I just walk a bit.

I shudder to think how he's behaving. He was a raving lunatic before he got thrown out of the White House and off of Twitter. It's a little scary to think of what he's planning, but I can't imagine him ever being successful at anything again.

I used to worry about what whims he might have. Now that he's powerless to destroy the nation further, he'll just have to sit back and gloat about the mess he intentionally left Biden.

What kind of moron fires the WH staff in order to force Biden/FLOTUS to wait at the front door for the ceremonial entry after the inauguration?

He might just end up in the psych ward, which is where he should have been years ago.

Correct. The music was a distraction. You removed the distraction and chose to fully experience what was around you. The distraction helps the physical. Many employ music when doing intense training.

Mental training is very different. When you master the latter, you excel at the former.

I've been saying since his campaign that his brain should be studied. I have never in my life ever seen someone who is so excruciatingly insecure and compulsively dishonest. Nature versus nurture always gets interesting, but the combination of the two produced a complete and total sociopath. The man is clinically insane.

It doesn't surprise me that all of Trump's stuff looks good but tastes like Great Value leftovers. When in Israel a couple of years ago, I bought a bottle of vodka. The Trump brand was on sale. Really fancy bottle. The vodka tasted no better than the cheap stuff. Cutting it with orange juice made it taste better.
