reckless endangerment, manslaughter, not murder one. i would guess 5-10 years, but with that stupid fuck judge so biased for that killer, maybe not.

that is the impetus of crime- him illegally carrying a gun into a dangerous, conflicted situation and not a clue how to handle it or himself. without that first illegal act, no one would have been killed or injured. in that city that had so many protesters, so many bullshit vigilantes walking around with assault rifles, not one death that night- except for those involved with kyle. the poisoned fruit of the tree- him illegally carrying a gun. that is why he must be convicted.

The judge is a chickenshit afraid of being overturned on appeal.

No matter what happens, all of his convictions, if any, will be appealed. So far, I can't see where anyone can legitimately claim that Kyle isn't getting a fair trial.

who did he shoot? how would i know if his gun was legal or not? i don't think ANYONE should be allowed to public carry, but authorized agents of the law.

Its been reported that his gun license was not valid. You don't know much of the facts about Rittenhouse I'm not surprised you don't know much about Grosskreutz either.

I think that's irrelevant to whether or not there was a lawful use of self-defense. If Grosskreutz had just shot Kyle a few times, he'd be arguing self-defense too at his trial and, since Kyle had just shot two men then it looks like self-defense is justified.

The gun charges and parking tickets come later.
