You guys are really fools; illiterate fools. Meme posted the clause in question when she said it was going to be "forced." All it says is that the gov't will let Medicare pay for it, if the individual CHOOSES it. So, if people want it, Medicare will pick up the tab.
Just add conservatives & water, and that became a DEATH PANEL with MANDATES.
