What is the opposition to the critical race theory

Oh my! How very true! But if they exist outside of the law, how can they be challenged? Up to the point where an extralegal “policy” is challenged in a court of law, do we really KNOW it exists?

The apartment affair? Addressed by the human rights commission A HALF CENTURY AGO, a year after DJT took the reins of his father’s company. And BTW, did you know that Trump didn’t register as a republican until 1987? Then he changed parties again and he was a jackass from 1991 until 2009. His dad Fred was a lifelong jackass and was evidently arrested for some dealings with the KKK in 1927. Guess racism was all the rage. So how far back do you want to go?

What difference does it make whether or not racism can be challenged? It fucking exists and it is prevalent and Trump did not stop being a jackass in 2009.

The whole point is that racism is still prevalent in our society and it hasn't a fucking thing to do with being written in laws. It's fucking illegal for christs sake how the fuck could it be in written law?

"Racism" is not illegal.

It is against policy to discriminate in housing, public accommodations, and hiring as it applies to certain businesses.

If I call a person a racial slur that is racism but not illegal as it is protected free speech.

Racism is written into law, IE anti-white and Asian racism in the form of affirmative action racial quotas and diversity points. You people use the term systemic racism because it is unfalsifiable nonsense because actual individual cases of racial discrimination by people in power centers are so few and far between you need a catch all blanket term that you don't have to prove to act as a boogeyman to fight in order to push your anti-white discriminatory policies.

Sorry, not a fucking lawyer, but "hate crimes" add years to sentences so, from my POV, racism/misogyny/homophobia/etc are de facto illegal.

The truth is that it requires the prerequisite of committing a crime....like the people on 1/6 or beating a man to death tied to a barbed-wire fence in Wyoming.

but propaganda isn't the same as education tho.

Elitists love the poorly educated.

they've turned science into scientism.

scientism picks one or a few scientists and fetishizes them instead of teaching critical thinking en masse..

It is a well known fact that Trumps biggest support comes from the uneducated. that is a nice way to say if you support and like Trump you are a fucking dumbshit.

And by educated you mean indoctrinated. Sorry sport your indigenous gender studies degree doesn't mean your smart in fact it indicates the opposite

It's actually mandatory against whites.

Says who? The WSEs mentioned in the October 2020 DHS report? Fuck those assholes. I fully support putting down all traitors and terrorists like dogs.

Actually yes it does. The whole premise of CRT is that there is not just individual racism but systemic racism embedded in our legal system and our policies. Just because the law says you can’t discriminate based on race doesn’t mean policies aren’t racist (so the argument goes).

You can pick many many examples but take something like the ‘94 crime bill. The argument is that was racist legislation because it disproportionately locked up so many black people.

I suspect most of America will feel exactly the same way after the next Timothy McVeigh blows up another daycare center.

Says affirmative action statutes that discriminate against more qualified white and Asian candidates in favor of less qualified black candidates in hiring and higher education.

WSE?

Will you start with the bought and paid for CCP asset Joe Biden?

I’m surmising based on your statement that you’re not a reader of Ibram Kendi? His whole premise is every policy is either racist or anti-racist. He was asked about a capital gains tax cut. Kendi said that is a racist policy because it disproportionately benefits whites.
