The "Establishment Clause" was not violated and the "Free Exercise" Clause was affirmed.

The Constitution prevails except with Breyer, Sotomayor and Kegen, who always vote against the Constitution...always.
 
If the guy was entitled to be on the field, he did nothing wrong other than possibly embarrassing himself, his friends, and his family.
If he trespassed to do it, that's another thing.

True....but we're moving in that direction. Locking up women who have an abortion in another state. Locking up gays. Denying rights to Americans based upon their race, gender or sexual preference.

A society that seeks to increasingly limit freedoms instead of enhancing freedoms is a declining society.

He's the coach leading his Christians in prayer. What about those who are non-religious, Jewish or Muslim? If you were an American, you'd understand that schoolkids often seek to scapegoat those who are "different", comrade Dookie.

Of course Keegan, Sotomayor and Breyer voted against the Constitution as they always do.
