Is America a Christian nation?

He's very relevant. Jesus is God, God is the creator. What distinguishes christians from muzziez and jews is belief in Jesus. When referring to the creator it's referring to Jesus God and the holy spirit. Christian theology 101.

No- Islam is very respectful to Jesus . Your use of the term ' muzziez ' is inappropriate. The term is Muslims.

So you're not equal to him

Yes that they are created equal but men aren't equal. You're entitled to your God given rights like everyone else but we arent qual. You claimed men are equal. They aren't but we were created equally by God.

Einstein and many others were created with the capacity for much more intelligence than me. I do not believe all people are created equal.

Some people are born with blue eyes, others green. Blue does not equal Green. Not all are created equal. I was born with a healthy heart, others are born with a congenital heart condition that prevents them from living but a few hours. Healthy Heart does not equal defective heart.

Once again you confuee equal with same.

Just as an aside, there are a few "good Christians" on another thread here ridiculing the idea of people giving money to a charity for kids, and making fun of NFL players for expressing emotions over an injured teammate.

They are actually more respectful of Mary His mother than of Him. Jesus is definitely not their savior so their level of respect for Him is irrelevant and not comparable to the christian belief of Jesus

I couldn't care less about the appropriateness of the term

"The US was founded on Judeo-Christian values in part."

That part is true. America was founded on various religions, ideals, values, histories, ideas from various civilizations and the laws from the past.

"My point in addressing Nifty's post was that secular and non-religious persons who seem to be present in large numbers"

No proof of such thing. You made it up. I do not know of any politician, especially in the Congress, who is "secular" and "non-religious'.

" within the upper power structure today have no values. Instead, they exemplify narcissism and arrogance, believing they have all the answers. When they fail, they simply walk away from the problems they created as if those never happened because they are self-assured in their belief they will face no consequences for their actions."

That is bullshit and you know it.
Many of the Founders were Deists, not Judeao/Christians.

So? People behave badly. Being a Christian isn't a guarantee of anything.

You are inviting terms such as ' Bible Bashers ' , ' Fundies ', ' Yids ' and ' Kikes ' Why don't you simply show Islam some respect ?

As soon as they show respect for Christians.

I don't "invite" anything. People are free to make their own choices. Don't peddle that garbage to me. I said muzzie because I said it not because someone invited me to.

I know a lot of Christians think along the lines of "well, we can behave badly all week, as long as we get to church on Sunday." That's not my definition. To me, a good Christian at least tries to be a good Christian.

You MUST be joking. You are easily the most divisive person in here. By a long shot.
Typical Fatboy; claims to be a Christian and, when called on it, starts blaming others.

You also fit the profile for the Baby Brother Syndrome as previously pointed out. LOL

Many, many practicing Catholics have had abortions.
About 24% of them identified as Catholic.
https://www.guttmacher.org/article/2020/10/people-all-religions-use-birth-control-and-have-abortions

“Overall, about three-quarters of U.S. Catholics (76%) say abortion should be illegal in some cases but legal in others. Just one-in-ten say abortion should be illegal in all cases, with no exceptions, while a similar share (13%) take the position that abortion should be legal in all cases, without exceptions.
About seven-in-ten Catholics say abortion should be legal if the pregnant woman’s life or health is threatened (69%), and two-thirds say it should be legal if the pregnancy is the result of rape (66%). At the same time, roughly two-thirds of Catholics say how long a woman has been pregnant should be a factor in determining abortion’s legality (63%), with larger shares opposing abortions in the late stages of a pregnancy than in the early stages.”
