Corrupt judge allows lawsuit against Kyle Rittenhouse to proceed!!!

That's definitely true, long term.
Short term, it's on a case by case basis.

Like how LBJ lied to us about Vietnam, or Bush about Iraq?

IMO, it's important for Americans to be educated and actively participate in their own government. What happens most often is that Americans aren't interested until it's too late.

I'll agree with the LBJ lying. In Bush's case, it's more complex. Our intelligence agencies grossly exaggerated the threat Saddam Hussen posed, but Iraq was a leading source of terrorism and terrorist training so they did pose a threat in that manner.

Of course, Clinton got us unnecessarily into Kosovo, so it's hardly the first time or last. There were the "Banana Wars" in Central America in the 20's and 30's we should never have gotten into. I could toss in US involvement in Asia from about 1870 to 1940 as another example, of our land grab to build the Panama Canal...

There's plenty of shitty examples to go around.

Someone actively participates in a violent riot then attacks someone who defends himself then their family sues for money. If I were on the jury they would lose for sure.

You gotta figure about half on the jury (if it ever goes that far) already have their minds made up. Of the other half it's a no brainer for the objective ones. Then there will be a couple that are part of the Revolution who've already decided but it won't be enough.

Translation: Bush was stupid. LOL Sorry, Terry, but I disagree. A more realistic scenario is that the CIA told Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld exactly what they wanted to hear. Anyone who has served for over 20 years knows of a boss who pushes only for the answers they want, not the truth. The Oil Boys wanted to go into Iraq and they used the CIA as the means to justify it.

Funny that you blame the leaders when they are Democrats, Terry, but not when they are Republicans. LOL I think they are all guilty. Why? Because they are the people in charge.

Rittenhouse's attorney says he worked in Kenosha.

“After Kyle finished his work that day as a community lifeguard in Kenosha, he wanted to help clean up some of the damage, so he and a friend went to the local public high school to remove graffiti by rioters,” Pierce said.

Agreed

Sadam wanted Iran to think he had WMDs that is the reason he backed semis up to a building where inspectors wanted to examine for WMDs to appear like he was moving WMDs. He bluffed and Bush called his hand.

It's possible, but that's where the leadership has to have some expertise. Obama is probably the lightest president we've had in that respect while Biden is easily the most incompetent. Clinton and Bush are run-of-the-mill. There was no reason for the US to get involved in Kosovo either. The Europeans talked Clinton into that because they were too incompetent and lazy to take care of what was their problem.

Agreed and it doesn't except in the minds of fat asses who never served but like to whine from their keyboards.
. I did the work the active duty were too lazy or incompetent to do themselves and/or corrected their fuckups. In that respect I served.
Disagreed since I support the American military and believe it to be the finest fighting force on the planet.
Disagree. The Israelis are better.
Your hatred of it leads you to lie. sad.

Growing number of obese recruits could make it tougher to field a fit military

While you gave Bush his Gentlman "C" and flunked all the Democrats, it's funny to see you dancing around this subject too, Terry.

When you aren't blaming everyone but Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld for the Iraq fiasco, you are trying to derail into Kosovo. Yes, I agree the US shouldn't be the World Police, as we were in Kosovo. What you keep running from is acknowledging that we shouldn't be invading and occupying countries for profit, either.

You can't sue parents for the actions of an adult child. But go ahead and try and we will see how quickly the court fines rittenhouse and his lawyers for filing such a suit.

He seems to be having issues finding an attorney who will sue all the media like he's been promising since Trial #1 ended.

He can sue for attorney's fees if they lose.

He won't need to sue if the plaintiffs lose; the court generally assesses those to the losing party.

How come he hasn't sued the media as he's been threatening for over a year? Either he doesn't have money for a retainer, and/or the premise is so shaky no attorney will take it on a contingency basis.

You're wrong, but then you are used to that, lil Mikey Microdick. :rofl2:

Being a Trumper, he’s too dumb or lazy or both to spend the minute it would take to Google the answer, namely that civil process usually can be made by leaving it at the defendant’s residence.

 :rofl2:

Keep going, anymouse. This just keeps getting better and better.

Most of the army guys I worked with were there to collect a paycheck and do as little work as they could get away with. Very few could make a living in the private sector. In fact, quite a few of the army regulars for whom I did their work, had already failed in private practice .
What's this have to do with the Rittenhouse lawsuit anyway?

He had a lifeguard job in Kenosha County. I can't find any evidence he had family there. He had no business getting into the protest. Had he stayed home, two people would still be alive. He caused the tragedy. No one else.

He should have stuck to that. He got into a fight the year before in Kenosha and punched a girl multiple times. He was and is a crime waiting to happen.

This is like the home intruder that gets shot by the homeowner suing. They never win.

That is absolutely not equivalent. But I AM glad to see that you agree that shooting poor lil martyr Ashlii on Jan. 6 was fully justified. Law enforcement thanks you for your support.
