Jury in Georgia Trump Inquiry Recommended Multiple Indictments

But enforcing the law is a political purpose.

Clearly Democrats are abusing the law for political purposes here. The entire thing is as silly as it gets.

It's pathetic. This whole thing is based on news articles.

Just more taxpayer money wasted by democrats in government in their neverending quest to "Get Trump!"

How many homeless people could be sheltered, and how many hungry could be fed with the millions wasted by people in government embarking on political witch hunts that fail every time?

Yes, lump the Ken Starr debacle into that, too.

They eat their crustless watercress sandwiches cut into quarters catered in every day for as long as it lasts, though.

Well, looks like they picked a bunch of TDS loons for that panel.

Here's a liitle poke to all you TDS-addled loons here:

"Special grand juries in Georgia do not have indictment powers; the ultimate charging decisions will be up to Fani T. Willis, the district attorney of Fulton County, Ga., who has led the investigation."

7 months of government money wasted. This is an abuse of government power and taxpayer money. It's all to benefit Democrats, too.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it! :awesome:
I really wish you understood the way our system works.

You don’t think a Trump broke the law on that call demanding they find extra votes?

You don’t think creating fake electors was a crime?

If they prosecute anyone and a jury convicts, it’s not a waste to enforce the law.

How is that clear? Expand on this belief of yours, add supporting documentation.

Appointing alternate electors is legal.

I've been reading about this thing, and here is my conclusion:

iu

Can you provide any support for that opinion? Or, is it just that you hope its true?

A) Appointing alternate electors is legal

https://www.aei.org/politics-and-pu...slatures-directly-appoint-their-own-electors/

B) The phone call thing? Get real!

C) This thing is going nowhere. If it ever makes it to a judge, it's getting thrown slap out.

"Honig, a former assistant U.S. attorney, suggested that Kohrs’ comments could pave the way for Trump’s team to make a motion, should he be indicted, to dismiss the indictment based on grand jury impropriety."

“She’s not supposed to be talking about anything really, but she’s really not supposed to be talking about the deliberations,” he said, describing Kohrs as “a prosecutor’s nightmare.”

The scenario described in your link about the alternate electors is legal, that is not what Trump and team did. They did not get the State Legislators to appoint alternate electors, they got self appointed electors to claim to be electors so they might cast different votes than the ones that were legitimate. That is fraud and illegal. Is that really all you got?
are you that dumb?

Is "get real" the best argument against solicitation of voter fraud as a crime? If so, you are in trouble with that argument.

It might be going nowhere, as in many ways people believe Trump is or should be above the law. But I believe in the rule of law and believe nobody should be above the law.

So Joe Biden, Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey, Fauci, Bennie Holder, Obama, and Hunter should be indicted right now, amirite? :awesome:

As to Grand Jury impropriety, it is much more complicated than what you are saying. We have free speech rights, and there are things that have to be kept secret, that is why she did not give any names of who they recommended be indicted. The idea that an entire prosecution be thrown out even if she had disclosed info she was not supposed to disclose, is simply silly, especially since this is an investigatory or Special Grand Jury. They do not issue the indictment. Its like Trumps claim that he did not have to release his Taxes, which he lost in every court all the way to the Supreme.

What for?

Joe Biden: Selling of access to his office to foreign nations while VP

Zuckerberg: Freely selling ad space to Russian political disruptive shills in the 2016 election (election interference)

Jack Dorsey: Putting his thumb on the scales of an American election in 2020 by suppressing any and all mentions of Hunter Biden's laptop. (election interference)

Fauci: Paying for illegal Gain of Function virus research in Wuhan, China that probably engineered the Covid-19 virus

Bennie Holder: Illegally selling arms to Cartels

Obama: Freeing 5 enemies of the state in exchange for 1 traitor. (Traitor)

Hunter Biden: Being the go-between to foreign nations for his dad's illicit dealings.

Joe Biden: Selling of access to his office to foreign nations while VP

Lets start here, I've seen the allegations over and over, is there any evidence of this? I have heard of none. If there is a basis for an investigation I am all for it, why are the Republicans in Congress not looking into it? Ill tell you why, they have no basis for it.

Well, she and I agree on something then. She also predicted he'd become President back in the day when she thought he was awesome. Seems she was right on point then too. Well, I don't "hate" Trump. I hate nobody. Though I am a "never Trumper" now. I think he's done more to help the Democrats than any other republican politician in my lifetime.

By being the Republican dream president

If you hate trump you need to hate what he stood for and did

I always wondered why Lindsey Graham got himself involved in the matter.

I mean, it wasn't even his state! So why did he implicate himself and subject himself into the matter.

One of the warrants could be going out to him!

And him trying to exonerate himself now is more telling than anything.

SO here is another fine mess Lindsey has gotten himself into!

Lindsey is going to learn someday, that Attention Whoring is not exactly his thang!

Trump had the Russian deep dirt on Lindsey

No, I don't think Rudy did. He lied a great deal publicly, like when he held that rally outside the dildo store in PA. But in court he would not lie - he's a former DA, so as much of a drunk nazi that he is he's no idiot.

The head of the 24 jurors said he took the fifth many times
