Another awful story about an uncalled-for death. It's telling that you had to go back 18 years to find one.

The 45-year-old was restrained by diners until police arrived. He died at the scene.

Police say a Queensland man who died after he was restrained in a restaurant by customers was in “some sort of psychotic state” and had been in contact with authorities on three separate occasions before his death.

In NY no one charged


None of these people in the events I posted were charged


Penny was charged because he is white and the nut job he restrained was black


If it had been a white homeless nut screaming racist threatening words at black people on subway and a black Marine restrained him....he wouldn't be charged. And if he was there would be riots over it

Frank James Made Numerous Video Threats as YouTuber 'Prophet of Truth 88'

Frank James, a person of interest following the subway shooting in Brooklyn on Tuesday, recorded numerous videos on social media attacking different racial groups.

The 62-year-old, who New York authorities are actively searching for, made videos predicting a race war between Black and white people. He also made threats and derogatory statements against Black people, white people, Jewish people and Mexicans.

Screaming people is a common occurrence in NYC. Erratic behavior by homeless or other people in big cities is a common occurrence. Restraining someone who is violent is allowed, but not to the point of their death. I don’t believe Neely had reached the point of violence.
