Trump to invade Mexico?

No, that part was a good idea.

Doesn't seem like the current administration agrees with you.

The problem comes when judges think they can make up law as the go (aka ruling from the bench).

No one is making up laws. Last I checked they are merely ruling on whether the application of various laws (or lackthereof) is legal. That used to be their job.

That's what we're seeing right now, and that's what the problem is.

Nah. that isn't happening.

Then why on appeal are these judges getting overturned more often than not?

That's how the system works. It can't work any other way.

Besides, SCOTUS ruled 9-0 to bring Abrego Garcia back. There is no appeal from that.
One case in something like 100,000 + at this point. Even if he's returned, he gets fucked and ends up right back in prison with an order of deportation slapped on him. Even if the judges get their way, they lose.

So, you're willing to let Mexico be police, judge, jury and executioner for US citizens they pick?

So much for those pesky Constitutional rights, eh?
With the approval of our LEO's, of course. Mexico's and our LEO's could have a symbiotic relationship of helping each other.
