Unless Russia's last deal has truly expired, they only wanted a bit more territory beyond what they already control. What's more, Russia would also be -giving back- some territory, as it has some territory that is not part of the 4 regions that is already mainly controls. It frustrates me to no end that this war would never have even started if the U.S. hadn't been so arrogant to begin with, but there may still be a chance that Ukraine would get to keep a port on the black sea, Odessa.

I think if you draw a line, like Trump did during the campaign, then the line is crossed you do something about it. If he does not, then he's made the wrong choice. During the campaign he said he'd give Ukraine some of our advanced weaponry if Russia refused to back off... Ball is in his court.

From everything I've read, there is no way that Russia will "back off", just like there was no way that the U.S. would have 'backed off' during the Cuban missile crisis if Russia had kept its nukes there. Which means there are only 2 real options- either the U.S. 'backs off' or there's a nuclear war.

We're not even getting into how all of this started to due to United States' arrogance in thinking that Russia would let the U.S. walk all over it, a fact that some people such as John Mearsheimer could see a decade ago.

Brics is replacing the Post WW2 Western run world order with a better idea....the humiliation of the collective West in Ukraine is but a part of it.....and the calendar is on their side and Putin unlike almost all the Russians in history is not willing to spend one more Russian life than he must.
 
Putin has faced enormous pressure to go faster, to get the war with NATO over, but he and Xi have their new world order project that the Russian people dont generally understand, and the Russian people have come to appreciate Putin being careful with Russian lives as the current KIA stands at something like 125,000 Russians/1.4 million NATO.

Yeah, Trump said that he would give Ukraine advanced military weaponry, so what did joe biden do when Russia attacked Ukraine,
he didn't give Ukraine the advanced military weaponry that Trump would have given them, thus, the continuous attack by Russia
to a never ending war. But hold on, Trump always makes the best art of the deal, and his economic strategies concerning both
Ukraine and Russia will make this war come to an end, and if not an end then it will be be up to the NATO nations to step up to
the plate and stop Russia from taking over Ukraine and taking over some of their nations like Poland etc. After all, Ukraine and
Russia are no where located near America, so let them figure it out on their own.
